PVC Roofing for Buildings That Work Hard Every Day
A reflective single-ply membrane that resists grease, oils, and chemicals.
Restaurants, industrial facilities, and rooftops full of equipment need a membrane that stands up to grease, oils, and chemicals. PVC does, with the same reflective surface and heat-welded seams as TPO.
- Resists grease, oils, and chemicals
- Heat-welded seams for a watertight roof
- GAF Diamond Pledge™ NDL up to 25 years

Tough Where Other Roofs Break Down
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) is a single-ply membrane built for low-slope roofs that face more than sun and rain. Exhaust from kitchen hoods, oils, and chemicals can break down other membranes over time. PVC is formulated to resist them.
Like TPO, PVC has a white, reflective surface that reduces heat gain, and its seams are heat-welded into a single watertight membrane. It is a strong choice for restaurants, food processing, industrial facilities, and rooftops with heavy mechanical equipment.
As a GAF GoldElite™ commercial contractor, we install PVC to manufacturer spec and can offer No Dollar Limit guarantees up to 25 years on qualifying projects. We carry $1 million in open roof insurance while your roof is open.
