Cool, Efficient, and Watertight
TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is a single-ply membrane built for low-slope roofs. Its white surface reflects the sun's heat instead of absorbing it, which reduces heat gain and cooling load, a meaningful difference in the Houston climate.
Seams are heat-welded into one continuous, watertight membrane that is stronger than adhesive-bonded seams. TPO can be mechanically attached or fully adhered, and it can often be installed over an existing roof to save tear-off cost.
As a GAF GoldElite™ commercial contractor, we install TPO to manufacturer spec and can offer No Dollar Limit guarantees up to 25 years on qualifying projects. We carry $1 million in open roof insurance while your roof is open.
